We know what will be available in our second Legacy Army! Lots of unknowns without knowing how the warlocks and model costs, especially, may have changed, but it does give us a lot to work with. I really like the ability to bring a strong pair of lists with this army, one with a strong ranged game and the other that doesn’t roll over to anti-shooting tech.

I have some concerns about cracking armor, though!

It depends on the exact rules. A LOT!
Looking at the casters in their MK3 incarnation, none of them would take a gunline… they did little
to nothing to support ranged units.

From the look and the lore of the army I like the caster selection and I like a lot of the model choices (War Waggon, Tanks, Barrage Teams, Fennblades…).

The only thing that I hoped for that did not come true is the inclusion of Long Riders.
The army has not a single melee multiwound unit as far as I can see.

I expect lists to usually include Fennblades as a frontline and then a lot of shooting.
If there is any armor skew, it will be through Tanks and Wagons.
Armor cracking depends on what spells the casters and solos bring. Grissel had Calamity if I remember correctly and Thunderstone also had a +2 POW buff.

That being said, as long as we have not seen the rules, all of this baseless speculation.
