Quagmire and deadweight/stranglehold

Hi,

If i deadweight or stranglehold a model, then base them with a model with quagmire, what happens?

Can they only forfeit action as they cannot advance? Or can a model forfeit its movement action if it cannot advance?

Advancing is a specific thing that you can do with your movement. So, a model affected by Quagmire still has their movement.
