What do we know about "Command Starters"?

I am extremely excited about the prospect of pre-built, compact and roughly balanced forces for casual play and well-defined hobby side projects.

I see the “Cryx Command Starter - Necrofactorium” May pre-order, but nothing else. What do we know about other factions getting comparable starters, whether as dedicated SKU or just lists of models taken from existing boxes?

We know that they will get them eventually but that’s all the concrete info I know of.

Did they confirmed it? I was under impression that they were exploring it but that it was not settled yet.

I thought the PP Facebook account said they were in a reply to that question but I could be wrong
