Max's Paint Corner (Now with a light box that I cannot use correctly)

I used the slap chop method for this and I was pretty pleased with the result.

I tried using a backdrop this time and for the life of me I could not find a blank white piece of paper so I made do with a paper towel.

The paint jobs are looking great, and the paper towel adds a nice texture to the composition!

Very cool! I don’t know if it’s intentional but they give me retro Warhammer vibes :ok_hand:

Very nice models! The purple skin tones go very well with the sculpts.

Next is Oriax and a Bomber.

Nice work. I think a dark background would make for better photos; in my experience it helps the camera to capture the colours and details better, especially for darker paintjobs.

I will try that out next time!

Bomber needs some clean up, but its not too bad and its my first ever huge base!

Maulgreth was the quickest paint job I’ve ever done. Maybe an hour tops.

I also bought a light box to help take better pictures.

Set up the light box and added a dark background. I honestly cant tell if it looks better so idk if im taking bad photos or if im using the box correctly.
