Effect: When a powered weapon equipped with this rune is used to make an attack or damage roll which has been boosted by spending a point of focus, the focuser bonded to this weapon regains the spent point of focus when the attack roll fails, or when the damage roll fails to exceed the target character’s ARM.
An entropic reductor rune only works in conjunction with a bond plate rune (see IKRPG, p. 285) or bond plate rune variant.
