What were the 2019/2020 promo models?

I recently discovered a ~2019 Riot Quest organized play prize kit. There was a Gubbin or something in it.

I paid very little attention to Riot Quest models and alt sculpts. Which Gubbin is that supposed to be?

What prize kits/OP kits were released, and what prizes existed?

I believe there was a blinged Gubbin and a blinged Balthazar Bamfist, both of whom are intended to represent their first incarnations. Iā€™m not entirely sure if there were more of these blinged versions - after our LGS shut down we kinda fell out of the whole organized play scene locally.
