Why I’m the only shielded model in the game without shield attack or other benefit from shield?

It’s because the horse:shield ratio is way off. If either the shield were much larger, or the horse was much smaller, then you’d be in business, but as-is…

But then how did Vengers get shield weapon and unyielding?

It’s still very cumbersome to try to position a Halberdier for that Flank with a measly 1" melee range on those axes, but at least it’s now for two attacks, making that positioning more worth the trouble.
