Two companies created Shadowrun games, but the company I think you’re looking for is Harebrained Schemes (and Paradox Interactive). They made Shadowrun Returns, Dragonfall, and Hong Kong.
Boston Lockdown was developed by a different company, Cliffhanger Productions. This latter game is no longer available.
