I agree with Michael, I’ve been following your painting posts for a long time, and it’s clear how your skills are improving. Although the techniques you use are still pretty basic, you seem to have a good eye for using colors, as can be seen on this model as well. Technique and brush control are things that improve naturally with practice (even though they can of course benefit greatly from tutoring by a more experienced painter - I think I’ve improved as a painter in the last year more than in the previous ten, thanks to a few pointers from a real pro).
And the fact you’re chosen Minicrate models to paint shows you have the ambition to improve. (And you’re definitely getting more of them painted than I.) Keep 'em coming!
