Breath of Corruption

Hello,

When using Breath of Corruption, does the cloud get created on a missed attack roll? Does the cloud get created on out of range models?

Because it specifies on the model targeted, I would think that it would place the cloud template regardless of hitting or not

Yep, thirded. It doesn’t say “Hit” or “Directly Hit”, just “Targeted”.
